Shark and ray meat consumer choice study of marketgoers in Sri Lanka and coastal India.
This project is led by Dr. Diviya Karnad and Dr. Claire Collins, and is exploring the preference of consumers for shark and ray meat based on a variety of product, consumer, and location information. Drs. Collins and Karnad asked for my expertise in Bayesian regression analysis to define a bespoke Multinomial Logit Regression model to explore these preferences in at-market survey responses. The analysis is well underway, nearing completion, and we hope to be able to share results with you soon.
